**License Agreement – Extended Commercial (Non-Exclusive)**

**Grant.** Non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the Media for broad commercial purposes including large print runs, out-of-home (OOH), broadcast, and **merchandise or items for resale** (t-shirts, posters, templates, etc.).

**Modifications.** Permitted edits consistent with faithful representation.

**Term.** Perpetual, unless otherwise stated.

**Attribution.** Optional; recommended format: “© [Pilot Name] / [Marketplace]”.

**Restrictions.** No standalone resale of the raw file; no logo/trademark registration; no unlawful/pornographic/defamatory use.

**Clearances.** Licensor warrants authorship and available releases if required; Licensee responsible for context-specific compliance in each territory.

**Liability.** Standard disclaimers/indemnities.
