Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DroneInvoice website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Storage & Revenue Share
- DroneInvoice offers a paid subscription for storage, currently priced at $10 per month (the “Subscription”). Pricing may change in the future.
- By starting a Subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
-
Platform fees are charged by DroneInvoice on top of any third-party payment processing fees
(such as Stripe, credit card processors, or banks). As of the “Last Updated” date shown above:
- A 2.5% platform fee applies when a client you invited to DroneInvoice pays an invoice or purchases your existing stock media (for example, they use your link or view your profile and buy your content).
- A 15% platform fee applies to custom jobs where DroneInvoice brings you the client (for example, they discover you through the marketplace, contact you, you agree to the work, and you are paid through DroneInvoice).
- A 40% platform fee applies to purchases of your stock media where DroneInvoice does the marketing and brings you the buyer (for example, a buyer clicks a DroneInvoice ad, browses the library, finds your content, and purchases without any additional work from you).
-
If your Subscription ends, expires, or payment fails and is not resolved, we may:
- Delete all private content associated with your account (“Private Content”).
- If you remain above any applicable free storage or usage limits after Private Content deletion, we may adjust the platform revenue share to 60% of all income you receive through the platform until your usage is brought back into compliance with current limits.
- Storage limits, free tier thresholds, platform fee tiers, and revenue share structures may be updated from time to time and will apply prospectively to your continued use of the Service.
5. User Content
- You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, or otherwise make available through the Service (“User Content”), subject to the rights granted below.
- You grant DroneInvoice a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
- You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that it does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

- Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete or restrict access to your User Content consistent with these Terms and our policies.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by DroneInvoice or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as allowed by law.
