**License Agreement – Standard Commercial (Non-Exclusive)**

**Grant.** Non-exclusive, worldwide right to use the Media for commercial/promotional purposes including website, social media, digital ads, brochures, and presentations.

**Modifications.** Crop, resize, color grade, edit for placement; do not misrepresent context.

**Channels.** Web, social, print up to typical business runs; no merchandise or items for resale unless upgraded.

**Term.** Perpetual, unless otherwise stated.

**Attribution.** Optional unless required by Licensee’s policy; format: “© [Pilot Name] / [Marketplace]”.

**Restrictions.** No resale/redistribution as a stand-alone file; no logo/trademark registration; no unlawful/pornographic/defamatory use.

**Clearances.** Licensor warrants authorship and that model/property releases are on file *if required*; otherwise Licensee must limit use accordingly.

**Liability.** Standard disclaimers/indemnities.
